Precision Metal Stamping

We are equipped with presses that can handle parts up to 36” in size for producing single die-stamped or progressive die-stamped products. Additionally, we also have in-house tool & die capabilities, which help us to maintain production-tooling quality and produce intricate features in the parts. Small gas engine stampings, scroll compressor stampings, automotive stampings, powered motorsport BIW stampings, automotive stampings, and plumbing stampings, and a variety of other parts used in diverse industry applications are custom stamped by us.

Sheet metal in thicknesses ranging from 0.005” to 0.250” can be stamped on our presses. With a diverse inventory of press bed sizes, we can produce circular stampings up to 36” in diameter. We are experienced in working with both ferrous and non-ferrous materials, such as low & high carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, as well as copper.

In–house cutting, blanking, piercing, as well as forming in “single-step” operations minimize process variation and assure low PPM levels for our customers. Using this process, we produce a series of double-and triple-acting aerial as well as slide-action cams within reduced cycle times.

Our stamped parts can be finished with powder coating, painting, or plating, according to customer requirements. For assembly operations, features can be value-added to stamped parts through ancillary services such as, drilling, riveting, piercing, tapping, bending, and rolling. Our automated quality system utilizes in-die sensors, in-die robotics, and PLCs to deliver consistent quality stampings at minimal scrap rates.
