Through automated multi-strip processing, we produce precision metal strips and finished sub assemblies. Our multi-strip stamping capabilities enable us to perform a number of operations, including forming, blanking, slitting, trimming, and assembly of multiple stampings in a single press cycle. We can form metal strips from aluminum, high or low carbon steel, stainless steel, and several other materials, with thicknesses ranging from 0.024” to 0.125".

On our robotic cells, we process weld assemblies manufactured from both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. A high level of repeatability, close to 0.010", is maintained in all weldments joined by automated MIG or resistance welding. In addition to robotic welding, Eclipse also specializes in manual spot welding and manual MIG welding. We can weld both small and large engine housings of any length and diameters up to 2’. Powder coating services at Eclipse are available in a wide range of finishes, including glossy and matte. Our powder coating lines handle diverse parts - from small stampings to assemblies as large as 2 square feet. Depending upon specific application requirements, the coating lines accommodate different types of powder coats, including polyurethanes and epoxies. With the ability to process parts at a rate of 1000 pieces per hour and coating thicknesses ranging from 1 to 3.5 mils, our lines facilitate efficient operations in quick turnaround time.
